Shahid and Anushka in YRF's Badmaash Company

Actor Parmeet Sethi's directorial debut, being produced by Aditya Chopra, under the Yash Raj Films banner has finally found a title - "Badmaash Company".

The film starring Shahid Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Meiyang Chang and Vir Das is a story set in the 1990s in Mumbai.

It revolves around four young friends who get together to start a company and their business becomes an instant hit because they find a way to beat the system.

The film is set to hit screens May 7, 2010.

Yash Raj Films titled its next film directed by Parmeet Sethi as Badmaash Company. The film stars Shahid Kapoor and Anushka Sharma, who are certainly a pair to watch out for. They are supported by Meiyang Chang and Vir Das. Badmaash Company is an extraordinary story set in the 90's, where in middle class of Mumbai, four young friends get together to start a company. Their business is an instant hit because they find a way to beat the system. By doing all the wrong things... the right way!

The music of the film has been composed by Pritam and the film is slated to release on May 7, 2010.
