Yash Raj Films reportedly turned down an OTT deal for Alpha, choosing a full theatrical-first strategy. The studio believes the film’s scale and action-driven appeal work best on big screens, with digital rights to be explored after the cinema run. The decision reflects YRF’s continued push to protect theatrical windows and maximize box office potential before streaming negotiations begin.
