I've given the leap a chance but I just don't understand what the need for it was!
It's been an almost total character annihilation!
DM- has gone from being strong to a stone. Was what Santo did so bad that he's turned his back not only on his family, who was everything to him but his business too? He knows Santo did not kill Arjun and he knows that she's protecting someone in the family, doing what she always does-so why so much anger at her?
Birwa- now she has me totally confused! What on earth has made her so hard! She knows what Santo did for her so I expected her to be more like Santo-the peace maker. And I don't understand her being so tough on Monghi when she knows she's Santo sister and her friend!
I expected Birwa to be waiting for Santo and blackmailing her to come back to the house by saying if she didn't she'd tell everyone the truth. But i can't see her having learned anything from Santo and her scarifice.
Hiten & Toral- If they are suppose to be the new DM & Santo jodi then boy have they got a long way to go! Hiten seems to have become weak- I would have thought he would've looked after Nanaji and Toral was friends with Santo so some of her teaching should of rubbed of on her but she's just turned into another copy cat character-I miss the old funny laughing Toral.
Kaddu- why she in DM household?
Benba, Maulik & Khemi- are the only ones who haven't changed, even though I'm surprised that Benba took Khemi side and not Toral- after all Toral comes from a 'better' family and she only took Khemi side to get to Santo.
Santo & Monghi- the only 2 characters that have stayed true to what they were and of couse Baa abd Babuji.
I'm not sure what the leap was suppose to do but i don't think Ekta has heard of the saying 'that if it ain't broke don't fix it!' Bandini was perfect before the leap now it's just confusion!
