for me its geet from jab we met dhe lit up the screen and we feel her pain when she loses the guy she loves telling her he doesnt feel the same way anymore her whole charecter changes and kareen aplayed it superbly without going overboard

best charecter male has to go Ishwar 'Langda' Tyagi i think this was a turning point for saif and boy he was vindictive to the core so evil that mp pther actor couldve played him better
