Written Update:
Precap: Tulika tells her dad that she is married to Raju. He then asks Raju for dowry or else "Kumbhakesari Maa" would be angry. Paresh and Tulika make a plan and send her dad with a bag full of stones.
Apoorva is mad at Raju because he is in Puna doing stand-up comedy in someone's wedding. Tulika returns from the market while Paresh follows her crying and all beaten up. When asked, he explains to Apoorva that he was stoping Tulika from stealing but people at the market beat him up. Apoorva asks Tulika and she says that the seller was asking her Rs. 1000 for the bag of vegetables. Tulika starts telling it's individual price to Apoorva. Tulika says that if a normal man's monthly salary is spent in buying the vegetables then how can he manage his house and leaves saying she'll not allow such unfair things to happen. Paresh tells Apoorva that he paid the money back or else the people wouldn't stop beating him. Apoorva gives him the money but Paresh refuses to take.
Preeti is showing Pallavi her sari that she will wear at the wedding. Paresh makes fun about it and the man who wears glasses (sorry I don't know his name) tells Paresh that a man should always praise when a woman asks about her dress-up. He is about to praise Preeti when she thanks him. He is confused and says that he had not praised her yet. Pallavi explains how Preeti doesn't want to hear his praise. She also tells that if he wanted, he could praise about the bangles she is wearing. Paresh says that he is her husband so he will praise about it and praise about the sari she is wearing. When corrected, he tells her that her bangles are pretty too. Preeti thanks god that he is not Pallavi's real husband and makes fun of him. Damini stops them from fighting and asks about which sari she should wear. Pallavi tells her to ask Raju as he acts to be her husband. Apoorva tells them all that Raju is in Puna to perform a stand-up comedy.
Arti comes in there. Tulika and Preeti talk about how Apoorva will be controlled by Arti using a remote. Arti asks them what if he hides the remote to which Apoorva replies saying that Arti doesn't need a remote to control him...and that her order will be enough to make him dance. Paresh is annoyed that they are talking indirectly. Tulika says that they are lucky to be staying together before marriage because they don't allow it in her "kabela"....she then makes it up and says in our house. Preeti says in that case Arti is unlucky in one thing and that is she and her friends will not be able to wait for her bridegroom to come in his horse during their wedding.
Dhirubhai comes there and asks who brought the "bhutte" (corn) Tulika says that she brought it. Dhirubhai says that she made him happy. Everyone is relieved. He is about to tell Hariram to make it but Damini tells that there are so many daughter-in-laws in the house. She asks Preeti to go in the kitchen. Preeti unwillingly smiles and goes. Apoorva signals Tulika to go and help. Damini tells Dhirubhai to sit and tells Pallavi to stand up. In the kitchen Tulika laughs at Preeti for searching a recipe book to make "bhutte". Preeti denies that and says that she was searching a recipe book to start the gas. Tulika tells her to find a lighter. They ask Hariram why there is no lighter or matches in the house to light the gas. He starts the gas and says "its automatic" and goes away.
Dhirubhai tells everyone how much he loves "bhutte" and tells them not to ask him for any. He tells its a story related to his life. The guys with glasses on asks him to tell the story. When Dhirubhai was young his dad took him to see Haribhai's daughter Usha. They met a girl eating "bhutte". They asked her address and she pointed it to them. But he now wanted to marry her. But he couldn't tell his dad so he had to go up (the building). Paresh tells "That's right...everyone needs to go up one day"
In the kitchen, Tulika tells Preeti how to make it. Preeti tells her to stop teaching her cause she knows how to do it closing her eyes too. She then closes her eyes. Here Dhirubhai says that Usha was the same girl he had earlier met. And they both got married to each other. In the kitchen, Tilika tells Preeti that the corn is burning but Preeti replies saying "its not the corn that is buring, it's you." They then find out that the gas is finished. Back to Dhirubhai, he says that after that Usha died but he always remembers these memories when he see "bhutte". Everyone is sentimental. Damini says that she wishes she'd get the role of Usha. Apoorva corrects her saying she meant she wished she could be a nice person like Usha. When Dhirubhai asks about what she meant by acting, Apoorva says the famous dialogue that "Life is a play and all the people are its actors." Dhirubhai is about to ask Damini something when Apoorva reminds him of bhutte. Dhirubhai is in the kitchen to check if the "bhutte" is ready. But Tulika tells him that the gas is finished. He is kinda upset.
Damini enters the house singing "Govinda bolo hare gopala bolo..." Apoorva asks where she is coming from and she tells them that she'd been to the temple. She tells them that they need to do pooja of the gas they cook food in for the people in the wedding. Dhirubhai is in all praises. He then tells Damini to make ghansar ( or something...i didn't get this) Apoorva asks Damini what was the need to do this. She tells them that they should always act in a real way. When asked if she knows how to make that thing she says thay can order it in a halwai's shop. Apoorva tells that guys with glasses on to go and bring that stuff or else his world would break. Dhirubhai asks if the pooja is over so that they can all eat "ghansar" Apoorva tells him that bhai is out right now. We'll eat as soon as he returns. Hariram comes there to ask for money and also tells Dhirubhai that there's no gas in the house since yesterday. Dhirubhai suspects about how come they cooked that thing then. Apoorva comes to call him but he tells that he doesn't want to eat anything. He also tells Apoorva to gather his family downstairs.
