Yes she is I read that Garv will become her lawyer and free her then the Kapoorfamily will cry and ask for forgivness and then shes back into that house.

Why is she staying there without any relationship? Kali is right. She entered the house as Abhay Kapoor's Petni and has no right to stay there now.
