If u watch the video carefully,U'll observe that Ghai Ji was in tears when Hemu was singin.

and just my feeling but I may be wrong, Ghai offered Mukta Arts to the
person who goes out of the competition that day only after he knew the
results. My gut is that he did that only because he was very impressed with
Hema with his Ramta Jogi, Mitwa, Nahin Samne renditions but I am not sure
if he would given the same offer if others were in the same position.

yes, i too have seen ghai getting very emotional with hemu's song..i saw the same kind of expression too in akshaye khanna's face...they looked as if they are in a kind of trance!!
