Not for me; for you it might, but I would like less music and more character development - it adds more substance to a story. If I want a musical film, I will watch a desi picture.

Good grief. I disagreed with your opinion that's all!!! You liked something and believed that something was effective but you didn't put forward a good arguement as to how it was effective.

If given a choice, I would also opt for dialogues instead of songs.
If I pick a song and creatives make it happen, for me, it would look as if to accommodate a song, they have shot a scene. I wouldn't get that feeling with dialogues. - Thats just my justification.😊

I also wonder how they choose a song for a situation. Like for e.g on thursday's episode. Did they choose the song 'Bhaage re mann kahin' and then created the scene with Abhi saying that dialogue to Simi where they made both run or did they create a scene like that and then were so lucky they got a song with appropriate lyrics? The answer is obvious isn't it 😊

Still to make you happy, here is my choice - a beautiful song from the film 'Vaastav'

Love Sonu Nigam's silky voice in that song and would love to have Abhi and Simi walk hand-in-hand on the streets of Delhi singing that song to each other.
