Most television stars have turned to theatre nowadays and now one more romantic comedy play Da Dating Truth is premiering next month which is directed by Ravi Gossain and Prriya Ary.

Priya Wal of Remix fame who has been missing from television is playing Nayla in this play," I always wanted to do theatre and I had time too ,so I went for a Barry John's acting course for three months. I was not interested in the current trend of television and I think theatre is the best medium for actors to learn as there are no retakes, no lights, cameras and action, you get to know the responses immediately. On October 30 I had a grand rehearsal for this play and I am really thrilled about it."

Priya feels that working in a daily soap stagnates you." I like to keep learning new things in life, I am not like other actors, the course which I did was quite refreshing as I got to meet 20 different people who wanted to become actors, I got to meet slum kids for one of my play which I did during my course, I did a street play, so you never get to do such things when you are acting in shows."

The play has songs and Priya will be performing on five songs ,"I am starting my rehearsals again, on the first day of the rehearsals I was nervous but now I think as an actor even if you or your co-actor will fumble, you improvise immediately and that is when your experience and intelligence works for you."

She is playing protagonist Nikita's roommate ,"She is very strong and stubborn, it is a nice play about how men and women have contradictory thoughts about dating and relationship, Nayla will be sort of a trouble maker in the play. We have a good team of actors.Shekhar Suman is a nice human being to work with, we all like his witty nature. Both Priya and Ravi, who are directing this play are also good as they keep accepting my inputs and ideas, so it is fun and I am excited for my first play."

The premier of the play will happen on December 5 at Bandra in Mumbai, rest of the star cast includes actors like Amita Chandekar, Vaibhavi Upadhyay, Raqesh Bapat, Karan Mehra, Sumona Chakravarti and it is produced by Spicey Smile India and soon the team is planning to have shows in Dubai as well.

The play sounds so so so cool and so much fun i m so so freaking envious of all u Mumbaikars who have d chance to see THe Priya Wal perform liveeeeee......☺️...oh my god wat more cna u ask for.....i so owuld have given anything to be there and see her perform live...d concept is damm interesting and the star caste too is so loaded wid experienced stars....am sure watching it is gona be one hell of an experience... ☺️

and gee am so proud of apni Priyaaaaaaaa...The current genre of TV shows so arn't worthy of her immense talent and potential...all u have to do is look good and do a lot of latkas and jhatkas and ofcorse empty as many bottles of glycerine as possible...👎🏼 .....our Priya is above all these non sensical depth less stuff...she deserves something substantial...and she is so right abt how dail soaps just stagnates and suffocates u...everyday doing same stuff...am proude of Priyaaaa that she had d guts to reject all d endless offers she got and insted she decided to experiment to venture into new stuff to explore her own facets to widen her horizon...and guess all dis is thanx to her fearless nature..she doesn't hesitate to take risks in life...i mean she could have easily been playing the lead in any and every soap...but she her heart wasn't in it...and she is one person who would always follow her heart,,☺️,,,,cho cho proude of herrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,,,her craving for perpetually go on learning something is something to look up to and grasp from her...it would surely take her a long long way

Am sure the play would be a huge success and everyone would adore Priyaaaaa...dis definatly would manifest her as a much better actor...i mean shes already d best but she always goes on challenging her own self her own capability....ad dis would definatly be a great platform coz as she said while performing live there arn't any retakes...so nothig is going to be perfect in here...especially wne the human side of d actors come into play..like any of us they too r bound to forget to fumble...but then they have to tackle d situation then and there and emerge out of it...this is d most exciting part of doing a play...u r bound to make mistakes but how beautyfully u cover up those would be the real challenge....and d best part is its opening on her birthday week..☺️..."TOUCH WOOD"😉...so its bound to be a great success.."fingers tightly crossed"😉..and "TOUCH WOOD"😉

I got 14 out of 15 too...I didn't got the point in music😔 I was confused btwn Jazz and Rock...i wished i had chosen Rock!😔😔 But nevermind i got all of them except this☺️☺️

For personal reasons, my fav. question was who was her costar in remix?☺️☺️ Man they should have asked us her dog's nameeeee☺️☺️
