A fanfic is a story fans of a book/show write about their favorite jodi either changing a situation they did not like, or adding more to it. Some fans go way out and mix up the jodis they do not like, making new couples and new storylines. Basically, you're writing another version of a scene in the Jyoti serial, and making your own storyline out of it.

A good example would be the Kichdi the Sagars made out of Uttar Kand in NDTV Ramayan.😉

Lalitha, thanks for explaining.

Dishu, I think I did 1 or 2 either in the Sudha/Devika thread or the Sriti appreciation thread - essentially, it was on how Uday & Sudha might marry: he being engaged to Devika, Sudha turning up to help him w/ the wedding, Devika obviously not being there, Sudha being the stand in bride (since she looks like her 😆) and then due to the auspicious moments and all that, having to go all the way and marry Uday. 😆

lalita thanks for the explanation..
oh vrisha intresting dt u did it...but u can start it from fresh as suday r married now and in the show dere is gonna be a lot of tensions but here u can make it a sweet happy lovey dowey kinda story..

Yeah, saw it. From their miserable old days...

There are no still pics I have, if that's what you're asking. The video on pg 1 of this thread is what I used for my avi, thanks to Swati. There are others from other segments on YouTube, which you can find doing a search on 'Jyoti'.
