Raunak-Araina= Sunny-Amrita in Betaab!

One more example of Ekta blatantly copying from Bollywood. Usually she chories from K.Jo. movies, this time its from Sunny Deol's debut movie "BETAAB", produced by his papa Dharam Paajee.

Raunak's character is a direct lift of Sunny, also called Sunny in Betaab. He was a horse trainer who tames horses and also tames the "Ameer Baap ki Bigdi huyi beti" Amrita.

Sunny's very first scene shows him training a wild horse... 😆 same as Raunak.
His macho image, cowboy outfits, everything was the same!

Amrita had a pink scarf in that movie which played a major role in their romance. That same scarf was transfered from Amrita to Sunny, back and forth many times. I wonder if Ekta will do the same with Ronak's scarf here. 😆 😆

Amrita's character, her arrogance, rudeness, everything was exactly like Araina's. 😆
Their initial meetings, fights, Sunny's arrogance, Amrita's temper tantrums .....its like Deja vu all over again with Raunak-Araina.
Whenever I see them, I feel like singing: Baadal yun garajta hai...😆

Oh, now that you mention it, it does seem like that. 😆 I had never thougth about that before because that movie had never come into my mind seeing how its been a long time since I've watched it. =P

I'm hoping for Araina's and Raunak's story to be different though.

I agree, Amrita was kind of cute in her arrogance and tantrums....but Araina's arrogant seems ugly!

I really hate Arraina's arrogance. But i liked that she was nice to prateeksha. So maybe not ALL of her is bad. And i wish they'd chosen a younger actor instead of Gautam from KSBKBT.

And i sort of want Araina with Shashank. But i like her with Ronauk also.

I'm confusing myself.

Never saw the movie but seems like it's copied to me :)
