As we know Southern Sizzlers are the weakest team right now. But I wanted to look for the reason what makes them the weakest team:
We all will agree Nagendra is very talented.
So what are the reasons -
language problem,
did not pick right candidates,
north-south different expectation/liking for concepts
team members are not working hard
team members not practicing
team members have no discipline
