ok this topic is meant for discussions

guys i was listening to old songs few hours ago , so felt like discussing with u all about them., do u like old songs? if yes which are your favourites and i wanna know why do u like d particular songs

secondly , will love to know the views on today's music! r they as good as the old songs? if ye why do u think so.and will todays number be as memorable after 10 yrs from now the way we still love 60s-70s and 80s music?
personally am a die hard fan of old hindi film music by this i mean the 70's80's 90's. i feel today if u listen a song too much after a while u get tired of it while it's not same with old sings i can listen to them over and over without getting tired they always sound new to me. they are sadabahar ill start with posting my most fav song ever it's my most fav because it's so much pain and meaning in it it's pure love. jagjit's voice just touches your soul and raj & amrita's expressions are just too too good

i would like you all to post your fav too i think we should discusss things like this too which make bollywood bollywood letls see how many pages it reaches lol

Bhakhuda, Tum Se Hi, Dil Mere Na is 3 i can never forget or get tired for the modern day music.

it not the same as the oldies , will the lovely beat and stuff liek that and tht i make much more sense
only a few modern song make sense and sound really good other wise most of them dont make any sense..!
like TANDOORI NIGHT...? tht not music tht just a song tht was need to add in a movie...! and it sound good with the beat
i guess bolywood lost it tocuh in most thing esp music, movies arent tht bad we see tahm all the time, but music it changes a lot !

Oh I love old Hindi songs, the 60s-70s ones. Those are the only hindi songs I have on my I-pod (besides 3-4 hindi songs from the last 20 years)......great to listen to during ELISA washes.

Hindi music sucked starting from 2000 IMO, there's no repeat value to most of them. I can't even remember off the top of my head which was the last hindi song I liked this decade which is pretty bad because I was in my teens this decade. Go figure.

see because bade kehta ahi music is rooh ki food ( i don't know how to spell the hindi word for food lol) it was used to relax releive urselves and then it became shor am seriously not saying taht today music in untolerable i do like current songs too but still the old ones are special and i fully agree liek when my parents hear a song like bebo or tandorri nights they give us a look that what r u listning too is that even considered music
