I didn't know what else to call the scene but this weeks SOTW is dedicated to Sravi and Farha who find this scene to be their favourite...

Not only did SD act beautifully but they looked amazing too! This scene was the aftermath of the dramatic revelation Sagar had.....ke VIDYA USKI BIWI HAI!!! I can't remember the exact details of the scene and I can't hear it right now either so I would like to request Sravi or Farha to explain the BEAUTY of the scene 😃

Enjoy and Discuss

P.S. Sorry for the delay!

It's the "hilltop romance" of course😛 I guess their sobbing their hearts out kind of puts a gloom on the romance hehe

I love this scene because this is the first time we see vulnerability in the grown up Sagar. I didn't feel sorry for him when he found out they'd lied to him about his illness. I didn't feel sorry for him when he discovered the kind of clothes he'd worn, the toys he'd played with, the way he'd missed out on 2 years of his life.

But in this scene, I think it was the first time that Vidya and Sagar were both equally vulnerable. She - for wanting his love and he - for not knowing how to react to hers. They were both just splendid in this scene. And the way she cries at the end, it makes me want to cry 😭

I am mad at the creatives for one thing (well, on top of all the other things) - they didn't show Vidya realizing that she has fallen in love with Sagar all over again. I know she has always loved him, but she didn't know him. The Sagar she had loved and the Sagar she has grown to love later are two different people. I wish they had just had one scene where Vidya would realize she had fallen in love with, again.

You know what....for the first time in a SOTW...I don't actually know what to say about a scene....I loved it...but I'm just speechless...or rather wordless....it was these types of scenes...the intensity between SV...that made me love SV so much...

Sharad did splendidly in this scene.....and Divyanka....well need I say anything?? It was around this time that I found myself being completely bowled by her and her acting....this was so realistic and heart-breaking...I felt so bad for Vidya...who was ready to sarcrifice her love and happiness for Sagar...I think that SD acted wonderfully in this 'hilltop romance' (hehe)

You finally put it up! I love this scene. Everything about it was perfect. From the dialouges to the background music to the setting. Divyanka did an awesome job in this scene. Sharad did pretty awesome job of just standing there😆

The scene is special to me for many reasons. First, she started with "suniye"☺️ Any scene that starts with that...immediately has my attention😆 The second reason was her dialouge "Hum jante hain ke hum aapke layek nahin, aur jahan tak sawal hai aap ki dulhann ban ne ka...toh iss ka sapna toh hum kabhi dekh he nahin sakte thay"... When i heard that, I knew that I will never be able to forget the scene...my mother said the same thing to my father years ago and this dialouge immediately made me think of her and there is nobody in this world that i love more than my mother...that is why i liked Vidya so much cuz she reminded me of mom...my mother is not illiterate but she just wasnt as angrezi as my dad... and it took them a long time to adjust to each other. I think i am getting off topic here but I love this scene because for the first time Vidya was talking to her husband openly. First it was always the bacha Sagar and then he didnt know that she was his wife. This was the first time he was listening to his wife talking while he was in complete senses☺️ Pretty Special!!
I love the way the scene was directed. The way she explains the whole thing to him...recalling their meetings and then telling him how special he is to her. Then finally telling him that she can never see him in sorrow and to prevent him from being miserable, she is even ready to leave him...and will live her whole life with the memories of him and quite possibly even her saaton janam☺️ She just wants him to be happy. AHHHHHHHHH I love Vidya❤️
Oh and i dig the fog in the scene too...pretty hot!😆

one of my favourite scenes...what can i say....first of all, i like the way Vidya comes up to the hill alone to talk to Sagar to express her feelings..and after that, every word that Vidya spoke is so powerful and heart wrenching..amazing acting by Divyanka and well written dialogues..one thing i noticed is that the dialogue writers were very good for the whole SV phase.
the first time i watched it, i felt so sad for vidya and got very emotional and also mad at sagar for behaving that way...but from sagar's perspective who doesn't remember a thing, his reaction to the whole situation is appropriate and reasonable. at that moment, i had mixed feelings whether to sympathize with Vidya for her love and sacrifice or sympathize with Sagar who just came to know that the most important decision of his life was already decided for him without his knowledge...
SD did an amazing job in the whole episode starting from when Sagar finds out and until Sagar brings Vidya back home...

In this scene for the very first time Sagar expressed his fury n devastation at being betrayed by his family into marrying an illiterate girl.

Loved Sharad's expressions, his stance was so full of anger n ressentment as he stood there listening. Loved how he screamed his wrath out!
Divz was her soft and pleading best......loved how she accepted and undestood his disappointent and tragically agreed to leave him. The 'suniye' was so heartwrenching!
In one word AWESOME!!
