Recommendations of 'underrated' movies

A few years back I tried to follow most of the Bollywood movies, then I realized most movies gave me a headache, and I decided to follow only movies that were well known/popular. Big mistake. I manage to follow 4-5 movies in a year. Sometimes I can be ridiculously critical and picky in terms of movies, and for now I have decided to ditch most hits/super hits I'll try to watch them, but I would love to hear more on good movies that are not well known or popular i.e. underrated. This topic is mainly for you to recommend any good movies you feel that people in this forum are not familiar with. I know some of us would give preference to them over others.

I am going to recommend Khosla Ka Ghosla and A Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Iyer. I am sure it's not underrated, but it wasn't exactly over hyped either. Unfortunately I have not seen many movies in the recent times that can be included in the decent list category, but if I can think of more, I will add to the list.

I have heard a lot about Oye Lucky Lucky Oye and Black Friday as well, yet to watch both movies.

Mr. and Mrs. Iyer was a national award winning movie. The movie made money in the overseas area and they showed the movie in Holland, Belgium, German and other places. So yeah this movie isn't underrated for sure. It's my favorite movie by my favorite actress.

Oh A Wednesday is one of my favourite movies ever! You should give it a watch.

Oh Oh okay I don't know where you can find this .. It released at TIFF. I really liked it.

i watched "manorama six feet under' last night .. and i really liked it.

I would recommend all the ones already mentioned.

Also - Mithya, Dasvidanya, Ek Chaalis ki Last Local, Johny Ghaddar.
