Director turned actor Farhan Akhtar prefers to work on his scripts from a posh hotel, rather than from his home or office. Farhan seeks haven within the hotel room for penning his stories. He has a spacious bungalow in Bandra. But he admits that he needs his own space to write for films for which he books himself into a hotel that is a few meters from his home, to write dialogues, ever since his second film 'Lakshya'. He goes in the morning, writes the stuff and comes home in the evening. Being at the hotel helps him focus on the task at hand and finish work a lot faster than he can do at home or in the office.
