Shahid Kapur to play a double role for YRF

Mumbai: After tasting the Box Office success with Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Kaminey', it seems Shahid is taking double-roles to be a lucky mascot for him. The handsome actor is all set to reprise the same for an upcoming YRF venture.
The actor, who charmed one and all with his twin roles of 'Charlie' and 'Guddu' in 'Kaminey', will be soon portraying two different characters in a Yash Raj venture to be directed by Parmeet Sethi.

Talking to a news daily, a close source from the film unit maintained, "Shahid Kapur will be donning two different characters for YRF's next untitled venture. The backdrop of the film is very different. While one phase begins in the US the other will be based in Mumbai. Shahid has already got a new look for the film. The change in his character will be visible in his styling and behaviour. Shahid has been paired opposite the 'Rab Ne...' girl Anushka Sharma."

The unit has recently returned to Mumbai after completing a one month shooting in Philadelphia. It is believed that once the Mumbai schedule gets over, the crew will be leaving for Bangkok.
