Are actors really YOUTH icons? - Page 2

I have never considered anyone an icon until they have taken a stand against social injustices or done something for the good of society and it does not matter what their field is [i.e they can be actors or politicians or w.e] Rahul Bose deserved the award because he has spoken against quite a few social and cultural issues and same goes for Hritik as he has his own charity for kids I think. I also love Salman Khan for his generosity and his charities :) And another example was that of Sunil Dutt. He used to go to red light districts and get rakhi tied from the prostitutes living there. Now that act is WONDERFUL in my opinion as prostitutes are never even given the respect they deserve as human beings.👏

As long as these people are doing something socially relevant they will always be considered youth icons no matter whether or not they get an award for it :)
