Can't Masaa and her family claim property rights from Mahaveer Singh? After all half of the property belonged to Masaa's husband and hence she and her children have their share in Mahaveer Singh's property and besides Mahaveer Singh has no one of his own then after his death also the whole property will legally belong to Masaa.

But I think that won't it be the best way to settle scores with him for what he did in the past and what he is doing at present?

NIce thoght , this might help Anandi also i believe, if massa gets all thr rights she may claim for Anandi's babpu's land, which she is definitely not gonna do it, but its a great idea.

Yes, unless Mahaveer Singh has a will and he will write up his property in someone else's name.

maasa will be loathe to claim MS2's property. remember for that she has to acknowledge him as her brother-in-law which she refuses. she hardly cares for anandi or her family. only thing that matter to her is her ego.
