I watch reality shows for the sole purpose of coming to the forum and telling people their favorite sucks, and watch them get defensive. Of course, my argument is purely based on logical reasoning, that they very cleverly overlook. But if you really need something to do, I suggest going to the JDJ section and making a post that says Karan Singh Grover can't dance to save his life. I promise you, you'll get death threats from millions of girls who think he's God.

On a serious note, there is a very fine line between bashing and criticizing. Unfortunately, among teenage girls, looks prevail, and therefore anything that you say against a good looking guy is equated to bashing and will be treated as such.

Point is that people are stupid, and you're allowed to take full advantage of that at all times.

I completely agree with WA (or should I call you Anju like the rest is it?)...

The JDJ section was the place to be during the Jhalak days, it perhaps still is though I haven't been mostly after that! You could just look and swear that if you put the two people against each other, face to face, they'd kill themselves in an instant, when their so-called favorite celebrity doesn't even know about their existence...

What personally disgusts me, as WA said again, is girls loving actors to death for their looks... Come on, we can be more grown up than that can't we? I love Karan as well, but more so for his acting in DMG, than for his looks or his non-existence dance... If someone's not good at something, he's not good, period!!... There's no other explanation, in or out... When he didn't do well, I was one of the first to criticise, but unfortunately, some of those fans, don't want to hear anything that doesn't go on the lines of : "he didn't do well" or "he should work harder" or "he should stop playing around and concentrate on dance" etc...

Some of the forums out here had become battlefields, where sarcasm, bashing of each other rather than the actors, and rudeness prevailed above all... If am not mistaken, some of them still are, my reason for not going there anymore...

People who are not able to criticize constructively I'd call them fanatics because they tend to be biased on each point... But people, or should I say teenage girls perhaps(though I am one too surprisingly!), who are not able to criticise at all, I'd call them fools!!...

Cheers,
Sneha

Well, we do agree to the fact that those who do this are well....somewhat foolish to be so "big fans". However, when we understand this, then we should also not let our blood boil at such things . If you get angry just because some miss xyz didn't receive the criticism of mr abc sportingly and feel like smacking xyz, you are quite foolish too ! 😆
Just laugh the matter off !

Too much of anything is bad. And going by experience on IF, people love with a passion and hate with a passion.

Some people are okay with constructive criticism. And some are not. Fanatics will always be there. Just ignore them.

i think fanatics can accept criticism if it is said in a nice way and not in a rude way and most of the time this is the case.....n celebrities are being blame for everything, nobody care to understand or t think y they behave or speak like that, try to be in the celebrities place first, ..............everyone is a human u cant run from mistakes and sometimes u take years to realize it ............ it is sad that once the celebrity make a mistake, she/he will be made fun off by the people ............ sometimes they r make fun of because the got nominated and won award, here, i alwayz fail to see how the celebrity is wrong here that u start calling them wood, liar or make fun of them in ur comment......... i dont think fanatics need to grow up, is this people who give out rude comments are the 1 that needs to grow up!!
