Sneh i think its a fashion designer who is showing Kat the shops there and LOL hun she isnt holding her hand the fashion designer is just holding her arm to guide her about the shops i think :)

hehe i thougth u meaned the girl hun the boy is Rocky dont u know him? he is a awesome fashion designer :) and its one of Kats great friends and also Rocky is one of Kats designers he have designed clothes for Kat almost since she entered the industry :)
