It's gr8 if u marry sum1 of your own age. but if nt i dun thnk dere wuld b sum prob....

In India where arrange marraige hppen. If u dun knw let me tell u dat. Dere is mostly 5 yrs difference 2 dem... very rarely in sum case dere won't b..

1st i use 2 b shock but knw i m nt, as i started 2 understand wht dey wanted in deir life... u can C many Hollywood Actor like Ashton Kutcher Married Demi Morre .....even though dey hve 15 yrs Gape.. but still deir marriage is goin strong..

but yaah... ven sum of mine frndz fall 4 sum differ age group. i always calculate it in2 Studying yrs... Like Oh Man.. u use 2 Study in 5 Grade n she use 2 Study in 12 grade. wht a difference.. hehhe..but nos wide it's cool... but nt study wise calculation....

too much of age differnce bet man and women makes them differnt generations,....even 10 years is a lot.. iits veri unlikely they will enjoy six flags at the same time... their interest would have radically changed..more importantly when the girl is 35 and the guy is more than 42... their biological clocks are ticking differently.........3-4 years ..in todays time is goodenough....

For a marriage to work, compatibilty is the key word. So what if the man's younger.

Some of you may be familiar with the 'Chaadar Udaana' system that was prevalant in Punjab. These marriages worked, even when the husband was much younger.

Not practical to marry an old hag that is passed her most fertile age for producing children and more mature than the man. Would never work.

speaking about china and chinese man marryin an eldery lady. before in china an unborn baby if born a boy was already engaged with someone older.

interesting topic

as far as age difference goes i think that that girls should be 3-5 years younger than the guy in terms of marriage

however there have been marriages where the woman is older than the husband and the marriages are successful and happy ones

so either shud work but i guess its society norm for the male to be older than the female

but age is not the only factor for a successful marriage there are other factors as mentioned by many in previous posts
