Hey all,
Thanks for all the lovely messages from everyone, and Mahika I know exactly what you are going through since I am in the same situation. Keep faith and know one thing, our kids give us INFINITELY more than we can ever hope to give them in our entire lifetime. Just their purity and complete lack of guile is enough to fill my heart many times over.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that my son actually came up to me and looked at me directly IN MY EYES, saying and I quote "Give you BIG hug and I love you mummy". Also he used a COMPLETE sentence this afternoon to ask me "Mummy can we go to McDonald's for lunch tomorrow?" For all of you this is probably such a small thing, but to our kids it's akin to discovering the cure for cancer... It's amazing and I started crying just after he asked me that... to hus complete bewilderment since he did not get why I was blubberring all over him! :) Anyway, he's definately getting treated to his favourite chicken nuggets meal for lunch tomorrow. :)
Thanks guys.
