A Thank you Note… …
Hey guys,
Let me be honest…I never thought that this story would get a positive response, by positive I mean, that whether you people will be able to understand my point of view, and how I framed the characters…nothing to do with your IQ level, it's just sometimes we don't quite understand other views because our own beliefs are so strong and firm. Love is an unpredictable thing, and you never know…both jai and bani were victim of circumstances in which they were thrown at, a lonely, loveless childhood for jai…being taunted as ill-fated and a wretched marriage for bani…humans cannot live without love, they constantly seek love, and when they find it, they are instantly attracted to it, forgetting everything.
I was wondering how to conclude the story, I thought of jai marrying a widowed bani and the villagers banishing them, but then I read an article about Sati in the newspaper, I thought it was more hard-hitting and apt. So I wrote the sati part.
I don't know, I certainly have a thing for stories set in a different era…they are cool and to write them gives me a special satisfaction… …
I am glad Praveen that your longest ever comment was reserved for my story… feels great!!!! that was very well said!!!
Thank you people for your appreciation!!!!
God bless
