epi begins with JaAn arguing about who wil break the fast first. Maasa hears this and tells Anandi that she's healthy yet she can manage to stay hungry for a while and tells her to break Jagya's fast as he's becoming paler. Anandi reductantly feeds Jagya and he does the same (funny scene). Basanth n Gehna also break their fasts so do the ladies at Ms's house n Anandi's mother.

Next day Anandi's father goes to the guy who he morgaged his land to with money but the guy tells him he's sold his house to some zamindar in Nagor as he was one day late to make the payment. Kajan is devasted. On coming home and being questioned by Bhagwati, Govind n Kajan break the news that their land is sold off. Kajan n Bhagwati cry uncontrolably. Govind suggests they go to Nagor n buy their land back from the zamindar. Bhagwati n Kajan agree.

Singh family doing the pooja. Everyone leaves except Jagya wholooks at his hankerchief behind the ganpati idol n sees its empty.

Sumitra tells Bhairav to pick up Jagya when he returns from work.

Anandi brings fruits for Sugna and talks about her fathers land.

Jagya at school. Shows Sunder that he doesnt have enough money. Sunder suggests that they go to Balu's and see if they can win money. Both leave.

Bhairav is talking to Jagya's headteacher. Headteacher says he heard Jagya is doing well. Bhairav is happy to hear this. He goes to Jagya class where he meets 2 of Jagya's friends. When Bhairav asks them about Jagya they say he doesnt attend classes, he comes to school n then spends the whole day with Sunder on the playstation. Bhairav is in shock. The boys leave.
