Guys, i belong to a rajasthani family and a very well educated one.....but the way dadisa and family treat their damaad shyam.....i can't imagine that even in my family. Rajasthani families treat their damaads as VVVIPs.....and i am not joking....:)
I think the serial makers have failed to incorporate small customs (not to say that they are right). Like,i cannot even imagine a dadi-saas to order a servant to call kunwarsa downstairs and then be so straaight-forward. in all likelihood, they will themselves go up and check with him. and for such a sensitive matter, think 100 times...
And then when Shyam came down, they don't even offer him a seat...bechare ko khade hue hi summon suna diya daadisa na....no one even budged from their seat....even when shyam came down with his bag....i would have expected bhairav and basant to react and stand up....and apologise. bus baithe baithe paar chooa liye...very funny.
Sahi to hain villagers...just because shyam is ghar jamai dadisa has started treating him as her "BEENDNI". - like sumitra, gehna he is not even allowed to sit with others.... Hi time Shyam....apni izzat bachha lo😆😆

well, it hink it may be partially bcoz this whole shaadi thing came about only bcoz of shyam's repeated efforts. and then that big drama happened on the wedding night. i think dadisa and family are a lil tired of shyam trying to get his own way everytime. you know they might resent this behavior. i think the circumstances and relations are a bit tense thats all.

but just because shyam insisted for the marriage...doesn't mean that he can be treated like this....after all his sacrifices...i would expect respect for him to go up.
I think it is all because he is a Ghar Jamai+ the fact that dadisa has never had a daughter or sister-in-law....😉

i dont think the lack of respect is only becuz shyam was so hell bent towards marrying suguna...kalyani wudnt be very respectful to pratap either cuz in this world there is no one as important as her(for her). dont forget how she was planning to dazzle pratap's family with suguna's dowry so they remain under her thumb.

But in this show its been shown that dadisa to be patronising....so i cant even imagine her treating her daamad with respect...
