You are right HKM I made an error while typing 😳 and refered to the baby as Son and I have clarified this in the Update thread as well.

So the gender is still not known may be the creatives are keeping the options open and exploring the possibilities. 😛

I think, Kanji, Motiben , Santo's mom were all friends and Moti was in love with Kanji. But Kanji married some other woman, and Moti was heart broken and started hating chote Log.

Then on that navratri's sixth day that Chamku mentioned, maybe Moti tried to kill Kanji's wife and in the whole tussle, Kanji got framed and sent to Jail and he and his wife's kid was left in Nanaji's house. So Khemi and Santo are not blood relations. Solves all problems coz khemi, hiten, DM and Santo are all not related

Guys why r we forgetting the fact that if Kanji & Motiben child = Khemi

Then Khemi & Hiten would be Bhai and Behen ..,. Beocz in gujarati culture cousins are brother and sister ~~~ So evryone supporting HIten & Khemi's love track this isn't possible .....

I think... Moti had an affair with Kanji. Kanji was already married and had santo. Moti found out and started hating all chote log and wanted to kill Kanji, as a result his wife got killed. Taru and Subhadra frame kanji and kanji runs away with his child (probably santo).

I dont think moti had any child, if she did i think it was Maulik and no other child. Maybe Maulik is Tarus and Kanjis son and santo is the daughter of Kanji and another woman.
