I know Bhumi has had a rough time after she returned back to Heritage house. But what I noticed since then is that it is her journey back to kitchen, what about her such a huge achivement. Not even Arjun discussed about the contract with her , it was just a small te-te while giving her the check for Shefali. She is the designer won't she supervise the work -creative part.
