1. MLA gets a call from the High Command who is mad that the MLA made a bet. He tells MLA that the Elite school must win.
2. The boys are practicing at night and Pavni does not show up. Some other students are watching the practice and taunt the runners. Pavni is at home crying and cleaning up the burnt shoes. Principal comes and tells her that she shouldn't worry.
3. In morning, Pavni says that she will not run in race to principal and Sirju. Principal explains that now her pain about dadi is very small compared to the fight they have to win. Lots of people are depending on her. Pavni then goes to the practice.
4. Pavni comes to practice and one of the boys asks her for the shoes, Pavni says she forgot them at home. They start practice and Pavni is not able to complete the run because of all the pressure and she keeps hearing what dadi, mla, tej, other students have said. She collapses and the boys and friends take her home.
5. Dhruv tells his secretary that he will not go talk to MLA but she convinces him to.
