Pimping his wife, this guy is such a loser. Zero respect for women and Sushma was so naive that she has taken all his abuse for this long. This better be the end of the marriage or else Sushma can stay with him for being so stupid. She doesn't even have an excuse because no one would fault her for divorcing him as no one approved in the first place.

Funny thing is that he did tell her in the past that had he married Jyoti, he could have gotten her money. This at the time he first hit and got her injured.

This time, Sushma can't follow Jyoti's footsteps - there is no way she knows anyone in that family the way Sudha/Devika knows Uday.

P.S. I thought it mighty pretentious for Brij to blame Jyoti for ruining his chances - first at the dance, then at her wedding. But had Jyoti not gotten married, there wouldn't have been a wedding gig for Brij in the first place.

Brij is mean and manipulative...but Sushma will still try to blame Jyothi for his behavior. She cant face the truth she has to blame it on somebody else..who else other than Jyothi.

Exactly. She has seen Brij's real form yet she turns a blind eye. She chooses to blame Jyoti for all her woes and on top of that Brij further poisons her mind by doing the same. He did not want to admit his own failure for hesitating at the dance upon seeing Jyoti, which Sushma pointed out but was rebuked. Also the gig at the wedding was lost due to Sushma's insistence that she would not go through with it. Brij was willing to do it for the right price, he may even have taken pleasure in ruining Jyoti's day by creating an up stir by riling up Sushma. I was relieved that at least one good came out of their presence there, that she informed the rest of the family. Although, i had wanted them to inquire why the two where there in the first place but everyone overlooked that as attending the wedding was more important.

I'm looking forward to the day the family sees the misery that is Sushm'a married life.

Yeah. I particularly would pay to see an episode where Padma gets to see up close how Brij treats Sushma - preferably while they are unaware of it.

And that day, we should have a fireworks display in this forum!!!

One more thing about Brij. Anyone noticed that when he sings, he has such an effeminate voice?
