Kritika Kamra, leading lady of the show Kitani Mohabbat Hai, was in the city recently, and the bubbly girl was all smile each time she spoke to her fans.

Though on a short trip, Kritika had her plans right in place, and was also determined not to leave her fans disappointed as she kept chatting about love, career and of course, herself. "Although this time I have come to meet my fans in the city, I'm quite a regular to the city and have many friends here. And there's one very special reason why I love coming to this city – my parents got married here. But, I'm yet to see the place," said she.

The young actress also shared the details of her journey in to the world of showbiz. "I used to dream about becoming an actress, but never knew that I would actually become one. When I was in school, I played a small part in one of the campus shows on TV. As it was just for fun's sake, I never thought of continuing my career in acting seriously. It was only when I was doing my fashion designing course in Delhi, that a director came with his team to look for some young faces and I still don't know why he chose me to be the lead for his serial," says Kritika.

Tell her there are many social-issues-based-shows on TV these days, and she says that love is a universal feeling and no matter whether it is a film or a show, the theme is just right to attract youngsters. "Being a youngster, I know what people of my age group like and love to watch. Therefore, after listening to the script of the show, I just gave my nod without even giving it a second thought. I am really enjoying being in love, on screen, of course," smiled the actress.

The lady, as it turned out, is also quite modest. "I still feel that my figure and looks are not too good to be an actress, just as my mom says, but since I am enjoying acting, I have decided to take it seriously and pursue my fashion designing course alongside. Though, offers keep pouring in, I need to concentrate on one show at a time," she signs off.
