Something bothering me

When you come to the "Home" page for India-Forums, there is a rectangular box that is just above the center of the screen in which you have pictures that keep changing. There are about 8-10 topics for which you have pictures of shows and people in the news. Now my question is this:

Who decides what topics' picture to put up??? Do the shows give them to you or do you have persons who decide what shows/pictures to put up???/ There reason why I am asking is that the past 3-4 days, on the screen #2 you had a picture for the show "Dance India Dance" This screen had photos of the 3 judges, a picture of Mithun Chakraborty and of one contestant viz. Salman. Salman actually won the competition. So, did you know 3-4 ago that he was going to win the competition??? or Were you asked by the show to put only his picture up?????? What was the reason to put just his picture up????

The voting was going on until the finale was aired, so there nowbody would have known that especially 3-4 days before that he was going to win. So were the results manipulated????? Were the results fixed???
