Where do you stand when it comes to Duggu? - Page 2

it's been done to death- husband has rival and realises he does love wife!

why shouldn't santo and duggu be together? same age, he loves her, she likes him, he is more suited to her then dm- who i do like but not with santo; he treats her badly even though he knows its not her fault-none of what has happened is and he allows others to treat her badly too.

at least duggu loves her for who she is and for no other reason then that and he was coming to tell her he loved and wanted to marry her but it was too late.

dm married for love and so should santo and duggu!

The ONE and ONLY reason she should NOT go with Shashank is, she's married!

why can't DM play cupid? Why can't it be that DM changes Santo life like he has already by putting her feelings best?

So far no one has put Santo 1st- she has been used left, right and centre and thought she wants for the betterment of the family and village no one except her family sees this.

She is young with Duggu she has a life which even she could never ever of thought of; he can teach her to read and write, english too, have fun with her, make her laugh and most importantly have children with her!

DM has hit middle age; his memories are tied to Subhandra, that includes his laughter and his children. Nothing he would do with Santo would be new to him and as he already has 5 kids does he really want anymore?

He is a just person and he knows that Duggu already loves someone and will find out that Kadami also does- when he married for love is it fair that his daughter can't after all Subhanra also married for love.

There doesn't have to be conflict but why can't it be that Santo shows DM how much he has missed in his kids lives by being do strict and he teaches Santo that marriage and love are possible by bringing together her and Duggu? Why can't DM play the role of father in Santo life?

Also it looks as thought Khemi and Hiten will fall in love, so does it make any better sense to have your younger sister as your mother in-law and your step-mother as your sister in-law?

thanks sweetie i do understand that the 'creatives' will do what they want to the character to get ratings and storyline is secondary.

i also believe in the institution of marriage and i hate the way it gets portrayed in dramas as being meaningless- marry, divorce, re-marry, die, re-marry 1st wife or husband, fall in love with someone but marry someone else etc etc!

without a doubt Santo being the good, religious typical indian girl would never ever think of falling in love with anyone other then her husband no matter how he treats her; she's in it till the end.

i like DM and can see where he's coming for and i like the way he is softening towards Santo but i'd like him to do what is best for her, putting her first even if it means forming the jodi between Santo and Duggu against everyone including Santo, but it's not going to happen because 1. ratings 2. DM is the hero and 3, goes against 'values' even if though 'values' are 1 sided for women not for men.

Why should I?!?! I am an Indian and I prefer watching Indian Dramas only!

Anyways, I love DM-Subhi only.. But that's from DM's POV.. Not Santu's!! I could care less abt her if she was not married to DM.. But as now she is, I am left with no option😭😭 I don't care who's Duggu and all that, as long as they dont ruin marriage and DM is happy, it's ok!
