Agree with Angie, there is no harm in learning different languages as a child..there is no such thing as being confused, infact a person learns the most when they are young, as they grow older their brains cells starts to die away.

I think the education should be in English, English is an international language and most students like to either work or complete their education abroad, thus knowing the language is a life saver to most, it increases their job opportunity and gives them a wider choice in life, to stay outside with confident.

Besides if the native language is Hindi in India then the child is bound to learn that language, so its better always to be taught in a language that would be well utilized later in life and improve quality of life.
