There r two girls in SP who have gone one step ahead of their mom ...............Kamini and Sawri .
Saloni objected to her marraige with Gunjan and had the guts to break it . Sawri , even more matryrlike than her mom , will actually marry the elder man , and not show any voice of her own , opinion of her own as a woman of this generation.
Saloni thought mistakenly that the Saat phere were with Tara , not Nahar . So she spent her whole life looking after Tara's best interests , and deprioritising her own ...........Sawri similiarly feels that it is her life 's mission to safeguard Shweta's interests by sacrificing her life . Shweta has replaced Tara and Sawri has replaced Saloni .
Question is what kind of generation leap is this ..........progressive or regressive ? Girls r geting married at ages younger than moms , doing utterly stupid sacrifices more than women of earlier generation did , not showing any fire of youth and righteousness against injustice , loving suffering and losing more than winning .................is this the generation of today ?
Kamini too goes one step ahead of her mom , but in what ? In shamelesness , in flaunting sexuality , in brazen ness . All hooker like tendencies . Kaveri was evil , but she had dignity , and she was loyal to Samar . In her own selfish way , she loved Samar and stood by him even when he was blind . Kaveri was glamorous , but not cheap . Kamini on the other hand , has none of these things .
We would definetely not want our daughters to be kamini but I would certainly not want my daughter to be a Sawri . We would like our daughters to observe the mistakes of the older generations and be decisive enough not to repeat them , to plan excellent careers and know the value of education and yet retain those values from the older generation that r eternal and unchanging. We wud want them to fight for justice , not cave in , and definetely not resort to lying [ as they show in SP }.
It is my request to creatives , Dont show this character of Sawri getting married . She will only make the guy mserable like hell by deprioritising him for Shweta , just like Saloni made Nahar miserable by constantly putting Tara ahead of him and his child . Full day this gal Sawri , even in her bedroom , will only think of Shweta's interests ..............heck , she is even getting married only for Shweta ! I pity the husband of Sawri ..................elderly , boyish , whoever he is . He is just a tool to her to protect Shweta .
Please stop this distorted concept of Saat phere pronto . Saat pheres r not to make husband miserable , but to make him happy . Husbands r not tools to protect some other priorities . If u have other priorities answer is plain and simple .............Don't get married , stick to them .
