Kajol choose to be a MOM first and then an actress after her marriage.

So if you want her in your movie then you need to follow her terms & condition.

And I think this is the reason that people respect her and her fans want her in movies and she is still in demand mroe than many of today's actresses...

And I remember her telling Karan on KWK that he loves SRK more than her and would do anything for him. Didn't he postponed My name is Khan for SRk for a long time till he completes RBJ...so he should respect Kajol's conition too.

And in today's world with every one trying to run over each other for a role Kajol is giving her daughter importance....
