hi everyone i need help so okay i am 16 and i want to get my navel peirced i have the money for it and everything but my parents wont let me so i was thinking i should just get it done without telling them as they wont find out so i just need help from you guys to help me make my final decsion should i or should i not and if i do how do i hide it please guys help

I wouldn't if I were you. They may find out , but even if they don't you'll always be self conscious and if your parents do find out, it will always be harder for them to trust you to do other things.

I don't think that you should do something while hiding it. Hiding usually means you're not doing something right. If you really think that getting your navel pierced is important, then convince your parents for it. But don't do it without their consent. You're only 16 and have got a very long life ahead of you to make your own decisions. But right now, I think it's important to listen to them. Try and convince them, and they might agree. Then it's no problem, but if they don't, and you stil go ahead with it, then there will be one thing you will always have to hide from your parents. And what if they find out? They will be really angry and may never trust you. Besides, give some time to your decision and figure out if you really actually want to to do it.

There must be a reason why ur parents said no. Parents always wish for the best for thier kids so i dont think u shud go against their wishes.

actually rethink this decision of yours.....naval piercing isnt safe.....it can cause serious infections because it involves a lot of care where you would have to pay real close attention to it, basically its a big responsibility......i would say ask your parents in why they don't want you to get your naval pierced then if you feel you can take this responsibility of taking care of yourself more often then do try to convince them.
