It's a GREY-WREY episode today ..considering it was all SO heart wrenching! 🥺 And the lyrics which best describe today's episode are:-
HIGHLIGHTS

Update
DK and Arjun arrive at the wedding. Arjun remains standing at the entrance, whilst DK continues on, joining Mr Mitthal and Paddy. He gives them a reassuring nod.
Arohi notices Arjun standing at the entrance, and walks towards him. She complains of him being late, particularly on their *special* day; and innocently teases him for not accepting her calls as a revenge-tactic for her earlier behaviour. Arjun merely stares towards the mandap. Arohi continues to complain of his attire, demanding that he should have worn a sherwani or suit; and tells him that she's wearing his gifted suit, and whether he likes it or not. However, Arjun still doesn't respond/nor looks at her ...frustrated Arohi asks why he's being like that, demanding that he say something at least. He turns towards her, addressing her as "Miss" Arohi ...asking merely of her Badi-Ma's whereabouts. Arohi is left standing confused, whilst Arjun storms off.
The pandit asks Hari Prasad as the bride's-father to do the khanidyaan, he obliges. Arjun interrupts, asking Hari Prasad that it's the parents' duty to do their daughter's khaniydaan, so where are Poorvi's ACTUAL parents. Hari Prasad appears confused and asks Arjun his meaning. Arjun says there's no need for him to explain as they have now fully understood the situation - a lie cannot be forever hidden. Everyone is startled by the turn of events. Eventually, Arohi intervenes asking Arjun which lie - he tells her that his reference is to the lie which her father told, on the basis of which the marriage is taking place today - however, Salil interrupts him from speaking anything further.
Salil leaves the mandap, heading towards Arjun... asking him to explain his odd behaviour. Arjun retorts that he REALLY should be asking Poorvi of the truth - that whether this is her first or second time in a mandap; whether he's the first man in her life or a second husband. Infuriated, Salil grabs Arjun's collar telling him to stop the nonsense.
Paddy, Mr Mitthal and DK appear next to the *fighting*-boys. Paddy intervenes, trying to reason with Salil, explaining that there must be a VALID reason why Arjun is saying all this, and so he should REALLY let him complete. She then looks towards Arjun, encouraging him to continue (EVIL old woman! ..ugggh!). Arjun says that if he doesn't believe anything he's just said, then he should ask Poorvi to confirm:
- whether she is the daughter or daughter-in-law of the house
- whether or not she married Hari Prasad's son, Captain Hanish Sharma, who died in an air-crash
Hari Prasad comes towards Salil and says that he needs not ask Poorvi anything, he himself confirms that he told the truth about Poorvi's relationship from the outset to his parents. Salil asks his parents why they never told him anything - Paddy refuses point blank of having any such knowledge, and Mr Mitthal agrees too. Hari Prasad is shocked and pleadingly asks DK to recall the time when he came over to their house to explain. DK refuses to be part of any of Mitthals personal matters, claiming that him and the Mitthals are just business partners; and that he has no recollection of such a meeting to have ever taken place!
Hari is agitated, and tries to make them all see reason. Arjun stops him, saying that to cover one lie he is needing to rely on a further 100. Arohi comes towards her father; she stops Arjun from continuing - telling him to not raise doubts on her father's integrity ...if anyone is lying it his uncle, aunty and dad! Arjun fumes, telling her not to say anything against his dad (but it's OK for you to say things about her father?! *shakes head disapprovingly*). He calls Arohi's entire family to be nothing more than a group of liars - including her. Arohi's hurt. However, Arjun continues to say that he can understand HER (ie. his mom) formulating a plan which benefitted Poorvi, but as for Arohi, what benefit was she to get from doing all of this? Arohi is bewildered. Salil remains silent in the whole ordeal. Arjun suggests that they all leave.
Paddy uses this as her cue - saying that they REALLY should leave, not only have they been cheated, they are also being accused. She turns towards Hari Prasad, telling him that whilst he may not have any social standing they do. Poorvi isn't the only girl left for her poor son, and grabs Salil's hand to leave. However, before he is able to respond, Poorvi gets up from the mandap, and quietly walks past them all.
Hari Prasad collapses. The girls and Bua panic. Cold-heartedly, Paddy drags Salil away, and the remaining family members leave too, but for Arjun. Arohi asks for water and sees Arjun still standing nearby. She tells him to leave too, he does so fumingly.
Poorvi stands outside looking at her mehndi, recalling Paddy's harsh words. It begins to rain, and she breaks down crying bitterly.
Arohi now changed into her usual-dress, holds on to Arjun's gifted-outfit.
Arjun is sat in his room staring at the engagement-ring, recalling his promise, and Arohi's conversation with her Badi-Ma. In a fit of anger, he throws the ring away. A maid brings in a glass of water for him, and noticing the ring, picks it up and tells Arjun of it. He tells her to leave. She places the glass of water and the ring on his bedside table. As she turns to leave, Natasha appears and asks the maid if she's new. The maid explains that she's in fact Dhondhu's wife, and whilst he's away, she's to look after Arjun's room. Natasha notices Arjun's state and dismisses the maid.
Natasha asks Arjun if he's OK - offering a shoulder to cry on. However (thankfully!) Arjun refuses and asks to be left alone; and she does so. Arjun takes the ring from the table and stares at it longingly - on the other hand, Arohi looks at his given-outfit, eventually putting it back in it's original packing
PRECAP - a panic-stricken Paddy and Mr Mitthal tell Arjun that Salil has gone off alone somewhere with the car and they can't seem to reach him on his mobile. Arjun reassures them that all will be OK and he'll make sure he's brought back home safely.
Salil appears outside Hari Prasad's house and see's an unconscious Poorvi lying beside the garden-lounge (a LITTLE ray of hope ..I just hope the DAMAGE is ACTUALLY repairable!)
