I have a question

I am not a regular watcher of Saarthi but I saw today's episode and was quite intrigued. I might just end up renting it from the beginning cuz it's so interesting. Can anyone tell me why Bhavri and Arjun were separated cuz I remember them getting married? Why is he looking for her...where did she go?

Bhoomi and Arjun got separated due to some misunderstanding created by Shefali and he is looking for shefali because he found out her true colors.

What happened was dat Shefali and Arjun used 2 love each other 😕 😕 , but Shefali didnt trust Arjun due to a misunderstanding and married Yuvraj 😡 😡 , then Arjun married bhoomi 👏 👏 . And Shefali still wants 2 get Arjun back, 😡 😡 so when Arjun was in the need for money, Bhoomi went to Shefali for help . But Shefali took advantage of bhoomi's helplessness, 😡 and says that if she distances herslef from her loved ones 😡 , including Arjun and leaves him, then she will give the money to Arjun. Unfortunately to help Arjun, Bhoomi did so 😭 😭 😭 , and Arjun misunderstood her and Bhoomi left the house. 😭 😭 😭
Now Arjun has realised the reality of Shefali, Arjun wants Bhoomi back 😃
