Sunita #1 & Salman #2 THIS WEEK!

i totally agree with you.

i honestly dont find sunita as that great of a dancer...or at least the same level as the other girl dancers...her romantic dance with siddesh was very akward and not well coordinated....if there was a show down between sunita and vrushali. im 100% sure vrushali would have come out on top!

it kind of disappoints me that sunita got the highest votes this week, because she hardly deserves it. her performance wasn't all that great and vrushali's was a hec lot better. its sad to see how someone who isn't worthy of such a reward hold this title simply because of regional voting. if she wins DID, i will be extremely dissappointed.
it would have been great if salman got the highest votes, though, and very okay by me. his performance required a tremendous amount of effort and guts, and he pulled it off amazingly, even if there were some imperfections. salman khan is most certainly an all-rounder, and he gave one of the best performances last week. it annoys me that he came in second to someone who performed far worse than he did.

I am happy to see Sunita in #1 place - no, I am not her crazy fan, but I dont hate her either. I dont hate anyone on the show, as I dont know anyone personally. But I do dislike some of the performances and the attitudes shown at times. But anyway, I am happy because that will help some people to understand the frustration of how many members here often feel, seeing some well deserved contestants are not recognized and valued in this show, and some of them (Vrushali is the best example) get eliminated prematurely and some real good ones end up in the bottom often (e.g., Jai)!!

i think D.I.D would've been an even better show if we didnt have janta ki voting system cuz every time we have a voting system the show goes down the drain!
it would be better if it went on like before with mithun da 's choice and maybe have some new twists and turns for the behtereen 12

it seems like grass is always greener in the other side. When there was no public voting and the grandmaster made all the decisions people were not happy about it and were complaining about it.

i agree with you about how voting can really screw up a show and overlook real talent but i also think that it wouldn't be much fairer if mithun da kept deciding. to put so much authority and power in one man's hand is wrong, especially if he doesn't really know too much about various dances, which mithun da doesn't. the show's purpose is to give india its biggest dancing star, and such a star needs the support of the viewers and needs to be representative of their choice. giving all the power to mithun da doesn't really fulfill the show's purpose. ofcourse, there's really no completely fair way of determining the winner of these reality shows, given the ridiculous amount of biased regional voting; however, i dont think there's really another way to determine the "janta's" wishes other than putting the voting in their hands.
