..And then..they kissed..
It was a bright morning...sun rays fell on his face..he felt little bit irritated.He was in his bedroom..he glanced at the photo kept on the night stand for few moments.It was the person whom he loved from the deep of his heart,his lady love.Memories..too much memories..everytime he remembers her and he smiles as he never had a sad moment when he was with her.She was like fresh air,she used to wipe out all his agony and depression,she used to make him smile,she always made him happy.He never understood what went wrong,he was in love with her and she was in love with him....but the destiny planned something else for both of them.They became seperated.One day a friend asked him ,"You two were so much in love..what went wrong?"..He said with a sad smile,"I don't know..I only know that I will love her till the end of my life..".

Everyday has become a struggle for her now.Struggle with her own mind..he was haunting her everytime..his face..his memories were haunting her like a ghost..she can remember their first meeting.
First day..it was just an introduction..then they started to wish whenever they became face to face..then they became friends..gradually they became intimate friends..none of them could realise that they were falling in love with each other.Suddenly ,he had to go..for some urgent task..she felt irritated when their daily meetings and freaking outs were interrupted by his sudden disappearence.The feeling was very much mutual..his task were being interrupted by his thoughts.He was thinking about her..already he began to miss her but he was not ready to accept that.But now,he started to say to himself,"I am missing her."..she was also saying in her mind the same..both were missing each other.
Her friends also asked her many times.."Why you two aren't together?"..She said,"I really don't know..but I will love him till my last breath.."..
He came back,she came to pick him up..they both looked at each other..they wished normally but their eyes were telling totally different stories.Dark circles were proving their lack of sleep.When she dropped him in front of his house,he gave her a book.It was her favourite author's novel.She came back to her apartment and opened the book..she saw a piece of paper in the first page..it was a note from him.She read it..only two words and it was written in a language which she didn't know.She read ,"Ti Amo"..Ti Amo?..What was that?She called him at once..he picked up his phone..
"I didn't get you,what you have written in the note.."
"Well..think over it..try to work out..I give you the whole night to work it out.When you will find the meaning..you just give a call.."
"Then?"
"Then I will think what we should do..okay?Relax..it's not so tough..but not very easy too..think..your time starts now.."
But as it has been said earlier..destiny planned something else.
She was not feeling well.. she had a sudden rise in her body temperature..she got high fever.. and the note flew away with the mild breeze from her study table.Next day they met.. and he asked her eagerly,"What do you think..?"..She couldn't tell the truth that she lost the note. She said promptly ,"Please..I can't even think about it...."..it was easier for her to tell the greatest lie than saying the simple fact that she had lost the note.She thought that he would be very sad when he would come to know about the note.Poor she,she couldn't even assume that she was feeling the same for him what he wrote in that note.."Ti Amo..".
After few days she came to know that he was leaving again..she just ran to him and asked, "You are going again?"
He kept quite for some moments..and then said ,"I am going to make my life..I am going to regain my peace of mind."She was in her ultimate astonishment.."Peace of mind?Have you lost it?What are you saying?"..He replied with a dry smile,"Yes..I have lost everything as you don't....take care, it's not your fault..we will be friends forever,this mere incident can't break our precious relation.."..and then he left keeping her with a great shock.And he never looked back.
Few days after his leaving,she got back the note..it was in the corner of her room..thanks to her untidy nature and her untidy room.She merely let anyone to enter in her room.She cried from the deep of her heart.She was staring at the note.She kept the note in her diary, this time she was very careful.
Time had passed gradually..communication got a new dimension.Emails became ordinary things..now it was the time of online groups,communities,online network.One day she got an email..it was being circulated all over the world..it was a Valentines Day Special email. The email was about telling "I LOVE YOU" in different languages.
Bengali, Hindi, English, Arabic,Spanish..Roman,Italian..I LOVE YOU was written in 25 different languages. Suddenly her entire self felt a shock..she glanced at the ITALIAN word. "TI AMO.."..yes..TI AMO means I LOVE YOU..yes..ohh..he wrote in the note that HE LOVES HER?Why he had to write?Why he couldn't tell it simply?Just come to her and say that I LOVE YOU..and she behaved with more idiocy..she told him lie..by not knowing that she was making the biggest blunder of her life..now what will she do?Where will she find that idiot?He is a certified idiot indeed and she is the idiot of the millenium..there is no doubt about it.

He was roaming around the same area where he used to live eight years ago,her apartment had an easy distance from his residence.It used to take thirty minutes.He was looking outside from the same window..the house remained the same..suddenly he thought about her..he didn't know where she was..he thought of visitng her apartment.He said that they will be friends forever ,so he was not committing any crime to meet his old friend.. rather his dearest friend.He decided to meet her.
She opened the door and got the shock of the era.He was standing before her.She ran towards her bedroom keeping him shocked this time..and came back after few moments..
"Once upon a time you had lost everything as you lost your peace of mind..remember?Today I know the reason..because I lost it..",she said pointing at the note..the mere piece of paper..she continued,"It was most unconciously done,I wasn't feeling well that time and without working out the TI AMO ,I went to sleep..I didn't even keep the note carefully as you know that I am an idiot by nature.Next morning I couldn't find the note.."
He stopped her in the middle of her speech and said ,"So you lied to me?May I know why?There was no need to lie..you could tell the truth..that the note was missing..what did you think?I had no intention to eat you for the small mistake.."
She replied promptly,"I wasn't also suppossed to eat you if you would have told me in a simple language..may I know from where you got such an irritating idea?"
His eyes were shining because he was smiling genuinely..he ignored her question and asked,"So..you have worked it out?"
She replied,"Yes..I have been working it out from last eight years.."..
And the clouds were swept away..after long time the sun was so bright..as if nothing happened..nothing had changed..two intimate friends were being reunited..it was like one had gone for some work and came back after few days..as if the seperation wasn't for eight years..it was just eight days rather eight hours of seperation.........and then,they kissed..............
