Terrance....down to earth.

I like Terrance.He is very down to earth..gives importance and chance to the contestants and understands them but on the other hand geeta and remo are like....give a damn types..

yes i totally agree with u..he does things in a cool way and he never argues with anybody. He also doesnt take it too hard with not very good comments from other judges about his team but takes it in a positive way so that he will work things out with his team to brush them up in their performance. You see they are getting better and better. But why alisha cried that day? She is doing fine...maybe she doesnt want terence to get disappointed with her performance and give a 100+++++%. I have a feeling terence must have given his team so much of advise and guidance and that is why they dont argue with any such comments to any judges.
