u need to create a gif file for that...check out the gif makering softwares that are available online that should help

its an avatars making software which u cud download frm www.download.comby ssearching for it u can follow its instructions n make an av for urslef which u can use or go to avatr shops givedem ur pix n tell dem to make iot for u orjust go to search on india-forums n type avatsrm,amny avs made by ppl will ocme u can chose d one u like n use iyt

to do tht, go to "settings" on top of the pg...waha par go2 forum preferences...there clik 'yes' for Show Video Avatars + Banner Signatures.....then u hv to go2 profile information....there u hv to choose ur avatar as any gif file.....u get loads of moving avatars made by r creative members here 😊
