His female fans may feel disappointed with this piece of news, but Rajeev Khandelwal, the handsome and eligible actor from Jaipur has lost his
Yes, I am seeing someone," Rajeev told JT from Goa where he is shooting for his forthcoming flick Peter Gaya Kaam Se, his voice giving away his excitement. But who is the lucky gal, we ask. "I cannot disclose anything about her right now. All I can say is that she does not belong to the film industry," he reveals. That indeed helps to eliminate a large number of probable choices. So like his other Jaipur colleague Juhi Parmar, is he planning to tie the knot anytime soon? "It's too early to talk about marriage. It's not happening now," says Rajeev. True, there's loads of action in his life right now. And not all of it is in front of the camera it seems. But much is happening on the work front as well. Rajeev, who became a household name with the portrayal of his character Sujal in a popular television soap may soon be making a comeback on the small screen as the host of a new game show. "Yes I have been approached for hosting the Indian version of the popular international show, The Moment of Truth. But I cannot confirm whether I am doing it because I haven't signed any contract as of now. However, when I saw the original game show I was quite convinced about the concept. It seems to be very challenging and I loved it. Moreover when people like Siddhartha Basu are associated with it, the show has to be extraordinary," he enthuses. So do we get to see him on TV more often now? "I don't think so. I am giving a thought to this show because it seems to be very challenging but I am not open to doing other shows. I am concentrating completely on my films," he lets in. The actor, who won rave reviews for his debut film Aamir is also shooting for films back-to-back. "We will wrap up the shoot of Peter...by April end and then I will immediately begin shooting for my next film. Though I'm loving the work, but I do miss my family and so I am asking them to join me for a week in Goa," signs off Rajeev. Happy holidays then! |
