yup she was the nurse in it,

she was only in one song Its the song AIYLA KYA SURAT THI where munna sings the song in the hospital

She was in the scenes where they showed the matron with other nurses.
Also when Munna is arrested by police, she screams out to the doctor students that they are taking munna away. it is a long shot, but you can recognize her by her voice.
Then in the climax when Munna cures Anand Bhai(the comatose patient) and is still decides to quit college, she cries.
