Deepu takes panchi out and tries to impress her with his new cell phone but she says he shouldnt spend so much. He makes excuses and pretends to be rich.
Sudha is walking home and sees them together and Deepu sees her. He leaves with Panchi before Sudha can get near them.
Deepu is praising himself and puts his money and cell phone into a drawer. He turns and sees Sudha and scolds her as well as threatening her. She runs to her room and cries and turns into Deepika. She goes to his room and take the things from his drawer while he is sleeping.
At the orphanage there is a celebration and Jyoti wonders to uncle about where the money came from. He tells her not to worry. She says they have to be careful with money and uncle says that pankaj has said not to worry about money and jyoti gets impressed. Uncle says that pankaj is great and that he is looking for a girl for him. Jyoti smiles and looks around and Uncle looks at her in a thoughtful way as if seeing her for the first time.
Brij asks Sushama why she is nervous and then promises to help her as a friend and says he'll train her. He calls a girl to show her a dance step then asks her to do it. He looks at her like he is disappointed and Sushama starts blabbing that she knew she couldnt dance etc. She says she cant be like jyoti and he tells her that it took jyoti two days to do that step. He tells her not to think of herself as lower than anyone. He says that he think she is better than jyoti and be even better than her. Sushma says she can never be better than Jyoti but he disagrees. he says he knows that jyoti is her sister but then mentions awards etc. He looks up and Jyoti is staring at him.
