Cousins couldn't watch

The couple has been mobbed and hounded everywhere they go. However, in Goa, the picture was different, as the local cable guys have boycotted the Star network there.

"I am at my cousin's place, but unfortunately, he didn't get a chance to see the show," explained Sachin. "They found out the next day that we'd won, when it was in the news."

Shriya busy with college

Sachin said their daughter Shriya didn't join them on the trip, as she was busy with college. "Shriya has supported us through all the rounds, by coming to the sets to watch us and being a source of inspiration. She has a a few college projects that are keeping her occupied."

Stage show

After Goa, Sachin will be going to Kolhapur with Supriya, where she's doing stage shows. "We also plan to visit the Amba Devi temple. I didn't plan on going initially, but since she was going, I thought I might as well use the opportunity to take darshan."

After the celebrations end, Sachin will get back to work. "I am directing my first Kannada film. After that, I will produce a Marathi film, with myself and Supriya in it."

Supriya added that the couple would also go to Ashtavinayak in the coming days. "One doesn't need an occasion to visit a temple. We just wanted to thank God for the amazing and wonderful time we had in the last few weeks."

Gift mein kya mila?

Revealing what gift Sachin gave her for their anniversary, she said, "It's a designer watch. I love watches, so it's the perfect gift for me."

When asked what she gave him, Supriya said, "I haven't had the time to get something. I was planning to give him a watch myself, but since he has already made that choice, I am planning to give him a Mont Blanc pen set. He likes collecting classic pens."

On New Year's Eve, the couple will be in the city, spending time with family and friends.
