The doc tells Sid that Anchal almost had a miscarriage and advises him to take good care of her and keep her stress free.
Sachin's birthday party is planned for the evening. Juhi-Ayush are invited, but they turn down the invitation, leaving Sachin heartbroken. However, Vikki and Dhiraj promise to attend.
After school, Anchal comes to pick up Sachin. On seeing her, he excitedly runs across the road to get to her, when a car comes and runs over him.
Anchal rushes him to the hospital. The Tyagis' learn of this and as usual Lalita and Chanchal accuse Anchal for being careless towards Sachin and looking out for her own child only.
Juhi, Ayush and the rest rush to the hospital and are horrified to hear that Sachin's condition is critical. The doc tells Sid-Anchal that Sachin has multiple fractures in both his legs and surgery can't be done right away, since he has a heart problem.
Rekha arrives there and goes off on Anchal accusing her for Sachin's handicapped condition. Furious at Anchal, Ayush explodes on her and refuses to let her take Sachin home with her.
Sachin is horrified seeing the condition he is in and above that seeing everyone blaming Anchal for it. While alone, he tells Anchal that he doesn't want to live with her anymore. This leaves her shocked!
Precap: The doc tells Sid-Anchal that there is a possibility that Sachin may never walk again.
