Which serial are you currently acting in?
I am acting in Optymistix Production's Ye Meri Life Hai which is on Sony Television.

Tell us more about your character in the serial?
I play Ronit Gujral. Ronit hails from a filthy rich family and is a spoilt brat. He is good at heart but at the same time, he does not value relationships as far as girls are concerned.

How did this serial happen to you?
The production house Optimystix called me for an audition. I got selected and this serial Ye Meri Life Hai happened.

Do you have any background in theatre?
I am a Delhiite. I did Barry John's acting course and also did stage theatre for some time there.

What happened then?
I did a Kalpana Lajmi's film Kyon. Then I did few episodes of Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki. Then Ye Meri Life Hai came my way.

You are also seen in commercials?
Yes, I have acted Limca commercial with Sonali Bendre. Besides I have done Mountain Dew, Dermi Cool, Sony Wega TV, Hide & Seek Biscuits and a host of other advertisements.

What besides acting do you like the most?
I like reading, watching films and also working out. But nothing beats the pleasure of acting.

What would you have been if you were not an actor?
I would have joined my family business.

What is the best thing that has happened to you since you came down to Mumbai?
I would say Ye Meri Life Hai. I have got recognition because of this serial.
