self-service at petrol pumps??

At the gas stations (petrol pumps) in India, what if they introduce the system just like in the US ?? people filling up the petrol in their cars on their own...

i think it should be self service, like they have it in canada here and other countries.
but one plus point is that it provides jobs to many people so it's also a good thing. because every pump employs at least 7 or 8 oil fillers so it's good way for some to earn a daily living.

India as far as I remember is a princely state mane sab apne aap ko prince samazte hai, baju me glass hai aur pani ka jug hai phir bhi waiter ko bulayenge😉, its not as if we cant do it, just wiring me fault hai thodasa😆

Seriously speaking, We have a huge problem with mindset, Since childhood we get into this mentality that this kind of work is beneath me. We wont do the work, and would look down upon others who do it. Seems the culture is changing in the cities, which is good, but the self serve is a long way in the future

I agree. Until that mentality is changed, we won't be serving ourselves. 😆😆

we should they changed the system having people to fill the petrol pumps in india also means that there are employments for those people who are in need of money. they are at least still having jobs by working at the pumping stations if people start to do self-service at petrol station then these people will no longer be needed and many people who are working at the petrol station will lose their jobs.
